How Does the Program Work?

Registration and Approval:​

• Complete the registration form available. 

• You must be 18 years old or older to join our Affiliate program.

• Signing up to become a Philip Construction affiliate is as simple as filling in this 

• Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with this document and the partnership agreement attached.

Referring Clients:​

​

​

• Use our exclusive promotional materials, social media and the Philip Construction website to refer potential clients.

• For each referral, you must provide accurate client information (name, phone number, and email).

About Referrals:​

​

​

• All referrals will be recorded in our system, and you will receive updates via email at each stage of the process regarding your potential client referrals. We're committed to keeping you informed and ensuring a seamless experience!

Closing Deals and Earning Commissions:​

​

​

• If the referred client signs a contract with Philip Construction, you will be notified.

• You will earn a 7% commission on the total project value, which can reach 10% according to the program rules.

• Commission payments will be processed within 10 business days after the client’s initial payment is received by Philip Construction.

 

 

Important Terms of the Program

 

Commission Validation:

• Commissions are only valid for clients who close deals as a direct result of your referral.

• Clients already in Philip Construction’s database or previously in contact with the company will not generate a commission.

Payment Method:

​

• Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or check to the account registered in your affiliate profile.

​​

​

Referral Validity Period:

​

• Referrals are valid for 90 days. After this period, if the client does not sign a contract, the referral will be considered expired.

Promotional Materials:

​

• Philip Construction provides promotional materials to help you promote the services effectively. These are available in your affiliate dashboard.

Program Termination:

​

 

• Philip Construction reserves the right to terminate the partnership with affiliates who do not comply with the terms of this program or use unethical practices to generate referrals.
